The company is Oregon-first, expanding state by state, and is an Oregon-certified small business — OSBE, DBE, WBE, and MBE.

Andrea Montoya is the founder of Bid Public Contracts. As a certified diverse small-business owner herself, she lived the confusion of public procurement firsthand — the scattered portals, the certifications nobody explains, the bids lost on technicalities. She built BPC to write the rules down in plain language, in order, so other small businesses don't have to figure it out alone.
